1. Order Processing:
All orders between October and May are processed within a maximum of 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
We will send you a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you purchase a pack, you must do so on the dates agreed with the club. Due to the accumulation of orders in the June/September period, deliveries are always for the start of the season. From 15-9.
Remember that to ensure your pack is delivered at the start of the season, you must have purchased it on the dates agreed with the club.
2. Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the time of year.
3. Shipping Methods:
They are via courier with a 24/48 hour service for Spain.
Other countries depend on the destination.
4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and vary depending on the location and shipping method selected.
We offer free shipping for orders over €300 (applicable only to domestic shipments, depending on conditions).
5. Shipment Tracking:
We provide tracking information so you can track the status of your shipment.
6. Shipping Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If the shipment is returned to CLAP LX because the recipient has not been found, the shipping must be paid for again by cash on delivery.
7. Shipping Delays and Problems:
In the event of delays or problems with the shipment, we are committed to working with the carriers to resolve the situation in the most efficient way possible. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to external factors.
Clap is not responsible for any issues with the shipping company.
